DiabloGolf Handicap Tracker is a free Android app that allows you to establish a USGA Handicap Index® and post scores, reviews, ratings, and track your friends. This app provides you with a Scoring Average when you are not in a USGA licensed golf club. It is not a substitute for an official USGA Handicap Index, but it does provide a solution for golfers that wouldn't otherwise have access to handicap calculations. With over 18,000 golf courses in its database, you can easily find the golf courses nearest you using GPS or select any course you want. You can post 9 or 18 hole scores, as well as tournament scores, and view your entire score history.
